Will my order be delayed due to the Canada Post service disruption?

Due to a service disruption with Canada Post, we are temporarily relying on other carriers to ensure your orders reach you. Please note orders to remote areas, and deliveries to P.O. boxes may be delayed. Orders placed with Canada Post prior to the service disruption may also be delayed.

Delivery

Online orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from date of receipt excluding weekends and holidays via Canada Post across Canada and the United States.

Delivery dates are estimated and Shipping Costs are calculated upon checkout. A tracking number for your order will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped. Please contact us at hello@thisiscela.com if any assistance is needed.

Céla products are made and shipped with care.

If the order you receive is damaged, defective, or does not match the order you placed online please contact us at hello@thisiscela.com with your full name, phone number and order number within 10 days from date of receipt so that we can assist you with your return and replacement.

Returns

If you would like to return your new, unopened and unused product(s) you may do so within 30 days from date of receipt for a full refund. Shipping costs to return the product(s) to us for a full refund are not covered. Please contact us at hello@thisiscela.com with your full name, phone number, order number and the product(s) you would like to return so that we can provide you with a return slip to include in your return shipment to us.

We only accept returns for Céla products purchased at www.thisiscela.com.
